About
Mover and shaker, dancer and dreamer, artist and yogi. I am passionate about sharing the practice of yoga as a way to reduce suffering for all people. A lifelong performer and student of the movement – before becoming a yoga teacher I was a full time artist’s model and actor, constantly studying new movement forms and modalities. I love to bring those experiences into my yoga teaching, finding new ways to encourage students to be in their bodies.
I have been teaching since 2017 and have been practicing for over twenty years. My mission is to empower my students to find the joy of their own unique practice. I am a trauma informed teacher; I have taught inmates in federal prison, homeless students at day shelters, and clients in eating disorder recovery.
